GENERAL

The best way to get to the festival is by shuttle. A shuttle system will be made available to all attendees to get to and from the event in Taghazout Bay. 

The festival hours are 3 pm - late on Friday and Saturday.

There is no parking at the festival grounds, however, there is a nearby parking lot for attendees to leave their cars and take a shuttle to the festival grounds. Taxis will also be available in this off-site lot. 

Prohibited Items include the following: 

Weapons of any kind, Fireworks/explosives, illegal substances, food and beverage, bottles or glass containers of any kind, Pets (except animals that assist with disabilities), Alcohol (sold inside!), Coolers, Musical instruments, Chains or chain wallets, Chairs, Large backpacks (standard size backpack is okay), Large umbrellas, Laser pointers, Professional still camera equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, or commercial rigs), Helium balloons, Skateboards, scooters, or personal motorized devices, Strollers, Spray paint or large markers, Drones, Hula hoops, Totems

No illegal vending is permitted, and no unauthorized/unlicensed vendors will be allowed

No. This is an 18+ event. All ticket holders must be 18 and over. 

Yes. There are both food and beverage booths throughout the festival where you can purchase refreshments and a variety of foods. 

TICKETS

Tickets must and can only be purchased from Otium official ticketing partners online - Ticket.MA for Moroccan guests and Otium Festival website for international guests.

International attendees can use this website to make their purchases with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other credit and debit cards.

Moroccan guests can purchase tickets at Ticket.MA using a debit card. 

There are no refunds—all sales are final, this includes accommodations purchases.

Service and processing fees are never refundable. 

No. An ID will be required to collect your accreditation bracelet and to access the festival. The information on the ID must match the information on the ticket. If you have any questions, please reach out to Help@Otiumfestival.com

HOTELS

Yes, every guest staying at the Radisson Blu will need to be a ticket holder for the festival. If the guest does not have a festival ticket, they will not be able to check in to the hotel. 

Yes, when checking into the festival partner hotel, the Radisson Blu Resort, Taghazout Bay Surf Village guests will be asked to provide a credit card for incidentals and for a nightly tourism tax fee which is calculated at 44 MAD (~€4) per/person in the room per/night.

Reservations can be made at the Radisson Blu Resort, Taghazout Bay Surf Village from Thursday, June 8th - Monday, June 12th, 2023.

The official festival partner hotel is the Radisson Blu Resort, Taghazout Bay Surf Village.

The Radisson Blu Resort, Taghazout Bay Surf Village is located just 3 km from the festival venue. A complimentary shuttle will be provided to guests staying at the Radisson Blu to go to and from the festival on event days. The private bungalows on the property are located next to the beach. Breakfast is included.

TRAVEL

The closest airport to the festival is Agadir Al-Massira International Airport (AGA). It is located 42 Kilometers from the venue. 

Marrakech Menara Airport  (RAK) is the next closest international airport. It is located 270 Kilometers from the venue. 

There will be a shuttle system available for guests to travel from Marrakech to Taghazout Bay. Alternatively, rental cars and taxis can also be booked privately.
